I went with 16x7 4.0 backspace from quadratec.com

Bennett, you have probably answered this before: did you have to do any cutting?

Quite a bit actually and it still rubs every once and a while thats with a 245/75R16 tire.

Will the 15" with stock tires rub? I sure hope not.

I think you'll need 16" to clear the calipers.
