cracked pcv plastic tubing

I just installed a KN cold air intake on my 05 Liberty and bumped the plastic pvc vent tubing and it cracked right at the T in the tubing. Anyone make the same mistake? Will I have to go to the stealership to get a new one or does someone offer an aftermarket setup? I installed a plastic T fitting and used heater hose to connect to the plastic tubing to get by until I get the replacement set.

I think its a 4 dollar part at the stealer. You may find a replacement at autozone/advanced auto/etc., but for the price at stealer get the mopar part

I was in the same boat when installing a CAI. I just went to the dealership and they had the part available.
