So this is how the day started.
I'm the blue 2004 2.8 crd Kj in the middle.

Basically what happened, I was crawling up a steep rocky incline, tires gripped while I was in 4x4 low and a heard a hard chairshot.gif
I didn't knock any rocks at all.
What will my options be? I took the front diff and cv joints and propshaft out over the weekend and is currently driving it as a 4x2.
Should I just replace it wit a 2nd hand diff or is there something better?
Any help/input will be much appreciated.

Custom JKd30 fitted as a IFS for the KK. Thats what I would do
