Test drove for an hour and no boiling coolant 
I think the combination of reservoir cap + New Radiator Fan did the trick. The thermostat was just a bonus.
Just for the record with the new fan, it still turns on every once in a while with the heat on (Low Fan), as to where the old fan didnt turn on at all when heat was on. The new fan turns on CONSTANTLY when the AC is on (Low Fan and High Fan sometimes as well). The old one was turning on the High Fan only and it was repeating the on/off/on/off cycle every 5 secs... This is for those who wish to know how a "Perfectly Good Fan" is supposed to work on a 2004 Jeep Liberty V6.
