anyone have any experience with these:

Couldn't find them on tire rack to get any reviews. They have an aggressive tread pattern that looks like a cross between GY MTR's and BFG AT KO's and were reasonably priced. I think $127 per tire out the door.

50,000 mile warranty as well.

Are you still looking at those? I bet being commerical the main advantage durability. 50,000 miles is pretty good. But I have seen consumer targeted tires last that long.
