BCM Pin-out

Does anyone know what pins go to what on the BCM? I recently installed my Hella's and have them activate the roof lightbar dashlight. I would really like them to activate the fog light dashlight if possible but not sure which pin it is.

There are circuit diagrams available in section 8 of the Service manual in the Sticky above; not so easy to activate the light (LED) in the dash as this gets turned on by information on the serial Bus (or CAN bus) going to the circuitry in the dash console.

One of the projects I have been digging thru. Not as easy as the "roof light" indication.

Being as since #19 is grounded thru the lightbar switch normally to turn the indicator on. The fog lamp indicator is controlled thru the multi function switch. The "sense" wire is pin 7 on the C2 connector of the Module-Body Control. Or it is pin 2 in the 10 pin multi function connector C1

I have not tried the following YET. One could pull the ten pin connector from the Multi-function switch. Put a meter on pin 2(front fog sense wire) and check for a voltage. If none is present, ground it and see if the light comes on.

My sense on the "sense" wires is that they are nothing more than a LOGIC ground telling the computer to activate said indication light.

As far as I know (read on other forums!) the earlier KJs used PCI Bus, later KJs (=>2006?) use CAN Bus. Anyhow it sounds like S1Loki has the correct diagrams!

06 is still PCI and I believe the 07 is also. 08 is a CAN
