Curious about getting this tool to correct my tire size, and also possibly play with the performance changes. If you read the instructions you'll see there is something about changing the gear ratio. If I set this to 4.10s will it benefit my rig, even without actual 4.10s or is that only for if I physically have them? Any info on this product would be helpful. Thanks

Dealer can do a pinion reset for the tire size you have now and NO sitting it to 4.10s will not make your KJ think it has 4.10s only screw things up. If you do get 4.10s installed and larger tires then again the dealer can do it cheaper than what that thing costs . Save your money for things that help

How the '02 KJ reads the MPH is not effected by gear ratio changes,only tire size changes.
