Bad ground?

Bought a 2002 Liberty, love it so far. Only issue is, when I turn up the blower motor past 1, the speedometer stops working or behaves erratically. It also causes the dome lights to dim. Using the power locks does the same. Does not seem to effect the exterior lights as far as I can tell. Not sure where to start looking.

First check the main ground points like the negative battery lead and the two flexible straps grounding the rear of the engine heads to the firewall.

We can then take things from there!

Thank you, glad I found this site. All grounds under the hood are good, looks like someone rewired a few of them before I got the vehicle. Will download the manual today.
