so... i was driving to the grocery store a bit ago and as i was driving my wife first started hearing a small clunking/knockiing noise... as the trip went on it got progressively louder and louder ... im thinking my brand new motor i just built has bent another valve with less than 2000 miles on it!!!! but as i slow it goes away and if i power break it it has no noises what so ever in the engine...thank god ...so im thinking it has to be in the axle or cv axle that is? anyone else ever experinced this before? i got under the jeep and did a shake test to each axle out front and they both seem tight and have about the same amout of play in each side so i have no clue what is going on?

I'd bet front drive shaft. Doesn't seem TOO common on the forum but you guys have NO IDEA how popular of an item it is.
