Oh is that why they don't fold completely flat ? LOL...
Ya they fold but not as far as they could.
I have a thin piece of cardboard that I slide in on top of items first, before attempting to fold it down. I very rarely fold the seats though.

Same here, can't remember actually the last time I folded them down since for Vacation we just put the luggage in the cargo, coats, snacks, and the cooler in the back seat. Cargo space is plenty in the KJ, since I can double stack grocery bags with ease.

Got the car out of the garage and packed away for the winter.
Installed the plow and light bar on the jeep.
Maybe tomorrow after I'm done gunning down paper targets i'll break out the black rustoleum and wire brush and hit the plow so it's cleaned up. Also need to change out the hydraulic fluid.

Blankets, tow strap, hemp rope, spare cooling system parts, extra serp belt, tire plug kit, extra flashlights, first aid kit, hand warmers, beef jerky, freeze-dried fruit, 1 gallon water, and a charged battery pack to re-charge cell phone....oh, and some flasked brandy to pass the time....
Mine is the same, minus the food and drink. What's a safe way to store water in sub-freezing temps? Are there containers which take freezing into account and allow for expansion?

I had one of those survival water packs included in my first aid kit. It's foil and seems to have some air in it. Maybe I'll leave it on the back porch for a few days and see what happens to it.

I wonder how much Vodka you would have to add to a water bottle, for basic freeze protection..still nutritious! :icon_lol:

EDIT; OOPS! I was intending to quote LibTC; "I wonder how much Vodka you would have to add to a water bottle, for basic freeze protection..still nutritious! "
