Approach lighting / Lights on unlock

So I've seen several vehicles that do this, and I had a friend who's '08 Ram 2500 did it (we don't talk anymore, so I can't ask him how he did it), but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about getting an '05 KJ to turn the headlights on when you hit the unlock button? :hmm:

I have the delay off, so they turn off when I lock it, and I use that to walk across the yard, then lock it from the door.
It would be nice to have the same convenience when walking TO.

no the KJ will not turn the headlights on with unlock, the only thing you can do is have the parking lights blink and have the interior lights come on.

The only was I can see doing it would be to tap into the dome lights, put a diode in line to a relay that triggers the headlights but then they'd turn on whenever the dome lights turn on.
