So here's the brief roundup of the device:

What's in the package
- HU obviously
- Lots of wires (mic for the loudspeaker, GPS antenna, OEM slot adapter, Ipod connection wire, AUX in, camera in, preamp outs)
- Remote control
- Stylus
- Instructions in bad english

Bonus from the shop:
- Rearview camera with night vision
- TV antenna

Looks:
- In my opinion the HU looks more than acceptable, it looks almost OEM. Doesn't have any glossy stuff. Fits greately and evenly with the dash surface. The backlight is green, a little bit different than the factory green, but close enough. Buttons backlight dims with the dash, the screen does not.

Functions:
Everything promised in the discription is there (and even more):
- DVD
- Bluetooth (even plays mp3s from my phone)
- TV (haven't tried out yet)
- GPS (functions properly with the antenna)
- Radio
- AUX (i traditionally use it to connect my mp3-player)
- MP3 (refused to play mp3s from a DVD, haven' tried CDs yet)
- USB (haven't checked out yet)
- Micro SD (1GB comes from the factory with GPS maps and stuff)

Installation:
Some people may have difficulties with the installation. I couldn't connect Mopar subwoofer and steering wheel buttons myself. Will use a audio shop, cause you have to know factory wiring for that.
In general the process can take from 2 minutes (just to connect to factory slot) to several hours (with antennas placement, camera and mic installation, etc)

Will write more later.

I am really loving the way that thing looks. It's just too bad it's so pricey, otherwise I'd give it a whirl.

How's the handsfree calling on it? How clearly can people hear you?

So here's my full review:

Sound:
The HU doesn't sound better, than the stock one. So in order to get the best sound you'll have to get an amplifier too, cause it does have preamp out. I might do this after the NY.

There aren't many settings - brief equilizer (Rock, Pop, etc). You can also
adjust bass, high frequence, balance, fader.

Screen:
It is not the best, but is enough for everything it can be used for - GPS, videos, etc.
You can adjust brightness, contrast, color.
At maximum brightness you can see everything even at sunlight - a great plus.
At night you can turn the brightness way down and it won't draw your attention.
DVD mode has a function to fully turn the screen off.
The screen is mat, so no fingerprints are left on it.
The touchscreen functions properly even if used with gloves.

Contols:
Most of the functions are duplicated with buttons. So you don't need to use screen menu to swich between navi and dvd for example. In addition to that if you want to switch from dvd to navi and go back you can press navi once again and not look for dvd button (something like alt+tab). This is great if you want to quickly look where you are and then immediately go back.

There are separate buttons for screen and sound settings which simplifies and quickens the operation.

Music:
USB and MP3 discs are displayed the same way ordinary DVD-players do. There is the list of folders on the left and of files one the right. You choose the track by tapping on it. Icons aren't that big so sometimes you can't tap on desired one.

DVD:
Works just fine.
The unit remembers where the playback was stopped and starts from it even if you take the disc out and then put back in.
Playback controls are shown on the screen.

GPS:
There is an iGo software from the factory, i think it's one of the best.
You can search not only for adresses, but for POI too.
Maps have some 3D objects.
Finds satellites fast.

Bluetooth:
Loved it most of all. Connects to the mobile phone in your pocket automatically even if you useing other functions. Turns the music down during incoming calls and shows caller's number.
You can accept the call with the button on the HU or on the screen.
You can dial a number right on the screen.
There is a call list.
There is an adress book.
There is an auxilary microphone, i installed in the left upper corner of the windshield. Everyone hears me ok.
You can listen to music from your mobile. I got all of the sounds transferred to the speakers. Even the shutter sound when i was taking these pictures.

Rearview camera:
Totally unnecessary function for me, as i feel the car completely.
But since it's there, why not install it!
Turns on automatically when i slide in R - very cool.
May be installed under the cabin for expert rockcrawling :)
Night vision works great - tried in a garage with no lighting.

Other functions:
AUX works ok, use it to listen to my MP3-player
Never watch TV, so haven't checked this function out
The music doesn't swith off when you turn the Navi on or get a call (in this case it pauses and then resumes)

Impression:
The HU is not ideal, but it works its cost off 200% for sure.
You can't buy anything close to it for this money.
If you buy a separate GPS, headset, etc., maybe you'll be on a close budget buy you'll be far from comfort.
I feel like the car has gone to a new level with the thing, now i have everything.

I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a lot of functions for a good price and especially for those who want those funcions look OEM.

That's tight. Looks like there's no faceplate pop-off though. I have to park in some unsavory areas more than occasionally and I would never trust it being there when I get back.
