I've got a leaking evaporator, which obviously isn't so great with summer on the way. Has anyone tried doing an evap replacement in their KJ?
There are various writeups for the ZJ that show you to get to the HVAC box with drastically less work than the full FSM procedure - about 2 hours rather than 8-9 hours. Essentially you leave the dash inside the Jeep, you just pivot it at the driver side so you get the clearance you need on the passenger side. Is there anything similar for the KJ?
