alrighty…tried to get the kk aligned today. Gave Toms specs of camber and toe and the info on caster. Got a call from the shop. They need to bring in the top of the wheel towards the center of the car but can’t, as the UCA is not adjustable and there is no adjustment at the top. My above explanation is in my words, not theirs. Lol. Does anyone have a screen shot or printout of a kk alignment?

****..............edit laughing my bu tt off
Oh dear , find a real alignment shop
You DO NOT align a Liberty by the UCAs
You do everything on the lower control arms, 2 bolts on each one , and then adjust the toe in
Now if they had a 63 Chebby on the rack, then yes but not a Liberty

Finally got it back for some pics. Drives great but still think it can be better aligned. We’ll see after it settles in.

That’s looking awesome! I like the smoked turn signals and headlight surrounds.

I installed a Gibson cat-back exhaust yesterday. Luckily the grinder an I have become friends. Had to cut off the front bolt to pull the back components off. Did my best to line up the exhaust but the tip is still touching the rear cowl. Sounds okay, nothing spectacular but there is no drone inside the vehicle like with others I’ve heard of.

Are these the correct isolator's? Conflicting info on their website. Since I read I cant use coil compressor I will take them to a shop with a press. So all I have to do is replace them over the weekend. Will buy some new top mounts also.

Looks correct. I had a tough time finding them with a good description as well.

Yea if you read the fitment below says fit. If you hit the check to see if fits car at top says no. LOL

Lots of these parts say it doesn't fit and it does. A good example is the front OME springs. The couple sites I looked at said they wouldn't work on the 08-12 but the front suspension is exactly the same as the kjs. who knows. LOL

First how much lift do you want ?
Easy to get 2.5 inches out of OME springs and then either OME or Bilstein shocks plus bumpstops etc
At 2.5 inches you can run a larger tire , you will lose some gas mileage and power but not too bad
For the front OME 927 springs with either OME or Bilstein front shocks, same as stock plus Teraflex bumpstops ( must call Teraflex to order them as they are not on their site )
For the rear you will need OME 731 springs, and either OME 132L or Bilstein 24-185660 rear shocks plus two hockey pucks per side bolted down to the lower spring perch for bumpstops
You can get by with the stock front UCAs although the JBAs are a great upgrade with easily rebuildable ball joints
KKs are a little harder to lift as high as you can a KJ since the rear track bar tends to pull the KK over to one side . When we had larger lifts we also had longer adjustable track bars etc
The place in California was ALLJs I am sure but just know when you install their lift you will get closer to 4 inches and takes a long time to get broke in ,
More, just ask
Would this be a good option for the track bar? https://www.ironrockoffroad.com/product/kk-rear-adjustable-track-bar.html
