NSOR prized possession is their Amsoil Wall !! I went in looking for ATF+4 and was shown
Universal ATF fluid. It got a bit ugly when I said "only real ATF+4 fluid was going into my transfer case"
The price for Amsoil is simply ridiculous. No wonder they Love that Wall: big $Profit!

I am going to post a new message: Chrysler Protectionism ATF+4

The transfer case takes under 2 quarts, why not use the recommended ATF+4 ?
Was at the dealer's they said it's maintenance schedule was 100,000km or 60K miles.
I think I will change mine every 30k miles.

I'll go and check my owner's manual but I'm pretty sure that it's on the same sched as the diffs. I change out gear oil and T-case ATF+4 every 20K kms, about 17K miles.

Ya have not had a chance to look at mine either, 100km seems forever. They did say 20km for diffs. You must be using a synthetic GL5 in the North.

Synthetic everything. Royal Purple engine/gear oil (I get a good deal on it, cheaper than Amsoil) and Mobil Super ATF+4.

Thanks Luke!
I might be able to stretch my budget for the lockers and support a Canadian retailer.
As far as North Shore Off Road?
They didn't give me the time of day when I went there for OME coil springs Rancho shocks!
And told me I could only buy/use OME medium coil springs with OME shocks...
That and the Jerk off told me to buy a real Jeep!

So, NSOR lost out on a $5000.00 sale and can now lick me where I shit!

Wow that's crazy .. I talked to the "head dude" (can't remember his name) for 20 minutes when I was scrambling to get a bumper during my insurance claim. He even gave me the #'s of his competitors since he had none in stock .. because SOMEBODY who shall remain nameless bought the LAST ONE HE HAD .. a few weeks before. Good thing I'm not bitter ... sorry getting off topic :D

Hey whoa there. I bought mine from Stan Schultz, Northridge 4x4. Not NSOR. Although it too was his last and ONLY one.
