I got this 03 Liberty "Freedom Edition" 4x4. Auto trans, 3.7, tow package. Just about 4 weeks ago. I've been working on it to ensure that it is road worthy. With y'all's help and advice I've changed upper ball joints, water pump, thermostat, radiator hoses, (those things were so swollen that I actually had to use a grinder to get them off!) and am now working on replacing the radiator and isolator, then the rear upper control arm. I hope it only has one! This thing is taking money away from my Acura RSX! Oh! Forgot fan clutch and electric fan motor. But thank ALL of you for your advice and patience. I've not owened a Chrysler product since 1980 or so. Got soured on them working on the M880 trucks in the army.
