Hey guys.

Working on a 09 Liberty. Started to drop the subframe and sway bar but am not sure how to lift the motor?

I have a hydraulic lift and engine support. I tried using a hoist but it was really fighting back.

Am I missing anything? I'm only aiming for a 2" lift. The driver side goes up no problem but the passenger side really holds back

Thanks in advance.

You have the tools so I get why you are going the engine lift route. I couldn't budge my engine so dropped the axle/front diff. Then I had lots of room to do a nice job on the pan. '05 Renegade
