3.7 Engine Heads

Has anyone here milled engine heads on the Liberty?

I want to change stock compression ratio and get some more HP, so thinking of doing it soon, wanted to know what issues i can expect from it.

I've spoken with some experts, they say that i'll only have to change for premium fuel after it and that's it.

Mine have been milled. It wasn't done by me though, so I can't tell you what you're in for other than results. It definitely runs stronger with heads that were rebuilt at a speed shop.

It looks like you are on your way to a stronger running KJ. You might want to talk to someone like FastMan about some different cams and a custom flash from B&G to tie togerther with your headers, APS TC, and shift kit.
