first of all i'm dying to get rid of these crapyears and get new tires. right now i'm thinking about going with General Grabber AT2s but i know someone else on here put 245/75s on with no lift. how would this work with the profile of the grabbers, rubbing, etc? or should i just go with the 245/70s? i want to go with the biggest tire possible with no lift. thanks.

If you have a pre-lowered KJ 245/75's will fit,but since you have a '06 stick with the 245/70's unless you don't mind major rubbing or major trimming.I ran 245/75 MT/R's on my '02(pre-lowered) KJ for the first 3000 miles,it only rubbed on the fog lamp door's at full turn,no pinch weld contact. Then switch to 225/75 MT/R's till I lifted it(then went to 265/75 MT/R's).

how would you know if your liberty was pre lowered? mine is a 2005 4x4 that had a trail rated decal (funny because it looks like it doesn't even have a single skidplate below)

If your KJ was built before April 12th 2002 then it is pre-lowered,anything after is lowered 3/4".You have a lowered KJ being it's a '05.
