2012 Radio works intermittently

OEM Media Center 130 with satellite works for about 3 seconds and then cuts out for three seconds continuously. This affects everything on the radio (Paired phone, AM, FM, SAT, volume). 2 fuses ( 15 amp and 30 amp) are associated with this system and both are good. I can hear a click in the speakers as they kick in and out. I replaced the radio with 4 previously used radios yesterday. All of the previously used radios have the same problem. Is there an amplifier associated with the radio? If so where is it located.
