If you've got a abs warning light then it may just a sensor that's bad not the rotors and pads themselves. Probably wouldn't be bad to get that maintenance out of the way.
Since you got a average of the same compression I'd run the car and see what happens. New waterl pumpand radiator should help any cooling issues not head gasket related.
The "weep holes" on the oem water pump has with a red plug thingy . This picture is of 30k mile 2012 motor water pump. If that what your looks like then it's a design feature I guess . If it something else somebody probably tried to stop a leak
