I had my rad swapped last year and noted the front cover was askew around the headlight gaskets... seems some of the upper molded clips were 'compromised'. So I figured I'd remove, cleanup and reinstall. Nope lower molded clips were a.w.o.l. I ALSO noted that the superstructure behind the cover, which is some sort of plastic shyte was cracked across the central area - I'm thinking some heavy-handed pounding to 'clip it back into place' did not work out so well.
My question is, How hard is it to replace this superstructure? Where do I find said part [aside from the OEM abuse]? The cover is colour-matched to the body, so I'll have to find a way to best align and attach it to preclude having to replace it as well. After all, these plastics don't really get fully recycled by, well, any enviro group
