2003 Limited Tow Harness?

Do the 2003 Jeep Liberty Limiteds have a towing wire harness, or do I have to splice one from the tail lights?

If you just need a flat 4 then they make a plug and play that goes into the wiring harness behind the quarter panel on the right side. Super simple to install
