I should have listened to the guy that said don't waste yourtime on the cheap shaft, bite the bullet and pay the extra for a well balanced one. I tried two from Advance Auto at $300 each and the vibration was drastic. They kindly refunded my money. Bought one from Auto Zone at $479, still was made in China but it was well balanced. The dealer wanted $799 for a new one. Lesson learned, nice forum here!

479 for a front driveshaft ?
Was it missing or ???
You know you can rebuild them easily and for like 50 bucks at most
Plus several of us have spares laying around

Um I been asking this for months now.
I found one supplier to make me a front shaft the 2002 and they are out of business.
I need one currently for my 2003. Can’t fijd any.
Also no one wants to rebuild the “old rusty” one

And how do you know rebuilding the old one doesn’t create vibrations ?
I was also told By places who would charge for the rebuild that they don’t have means to balance this shaft ?
