if you run a realay it doesnt draw any power from the headlight wire except to power the relay. thats always the smart way to wire lights anyway.

The set in question comes with a relay.

The set in question comes with a relay.

Relay coil positive to low beam headlight wire, relay coil negative to body ground. Fused positive from battery to relay common, and lights to the output of the relay...

Turn on low beams, relay turns on, fogs turn on... Simple and easy. And when you flip to high beams they still shutoff so its legal as well!
