I have a Jan 2002 UK Jasp Kj and have heard they were higher than later 2002 models so may be able to fit a larger tyre without a lift but depends how much sag I have.
Is this true or are all kjs the same height?

Some more knowledgeable members will likely be along soon but I think they lowered them (different springs) in April of 02. You are probably sagged considerably if your suspension is still original. Also if someone replaced springs with an OEM equivalent at some point, the replacements (even Mopar) are likely the lower version. Mine has a Nov of 01 build date and I'm running 245/70/16s on my saggy 02. Not sure if my suspension is original as I bought it with a bit over 80k and now it has almost 175k.

Before April 12, 2002 they were at 19.75 inches
after that at 19 inches
Middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare
But after 13 years I'd say you're down close to the rest of the stock KJs as far as height.

Would be very tight so I doubt they'd work for you. I'm at 19.25" front and 20" rear and the 245/70/16 just fit. That's a 29.5" diameter. Might even be a bit of rub at full lock. The 235/75/16 are 29.9" so I'm thinking it would be to tight. Your 235/70/16 are about 29" even.
