2002 Jeep Liberty Limited fender flare mod

Hey all,
I recently bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited and i LOVE it. I would like to start to mod it, and give it my own touch. For starters i want to change the fender flares from the stock body paint, to a blacked out fender flare like the sports have. My plan is to use plasti-dip (only on the fender flares) or something similar to give it the look i want. Will plasti-dip coat over the stock paint well? Is there a better coat i should use? Or even is there a place to buy aftermarket fender flares for Jeep liberties?

bedline them,easy to do since there painted to match.Skip the cheap crap found at autozone(hurculiner and duplicolor junk).That plastidip junk will fade and peel in the hot sun after a few weeks or months.

Just need a high output compressor(14cfm+ rated),there special spray gun(like $25),and a place out of sunlight as the UV protection needs to cure for 6 hours before exposing to sunlight.
