04 liberty radio region Code. How to change??

A simple question. Is there a way to change the region code of the RBK radio system in my brothers 04 cherokee liberty??

Somehow this radio only picks "amercian" frequencies, (like 88.3 and 88.5 but not 88.2 xx.4 xx.6 etc. Is there anyway of changing this. Because with this...i can only get two radio stations...but other "euro" radios kan mange 10-15 in my part of europe. Is there any button combos i can push to change this setting, or is it hardcoded in the headunit?????

I am not sure on getting the stock radio to change. I know most aftermarket radios allow a manual scan. My alpine radio does and i can pick a .2 .5 .8 whatever i want to.

i am shure its just a setting somwhere..if not they would have had to produce seperate headunits for europe jeeps..and in my little head...that sounds like more costs for Jeep.
