04 Jeep liberty throttle cable jump

I was cleaning out the throttle body and noticed when I manually open the throttle and let is close it does a weird recoil thing. Here is a video of it since I know I'm not describing it well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LHm4XafJNQ
I was cleaning the throttle body and replaced the tps because my cruise control wasn't working and still isn't. Any chance this is related?

Mine does the same and has no problems with the cruise control

I'm not surprised it's doing that. If you had someone inside the Jeep, they'd probably notice the gas pedal jumping at the same time as it takes up the cable slack. Normally, there's weight on the gas pedal, and against the cable...your foot.
