    steering wheel shakes

I'm a believer too. Its a shame. I can do deep knee bends over a fire hydrant after Cooper Tires got done with me. I would go with another brand tire if I could sell these. I will not stick these on someone else. Ill have to ride it out. Again thanks too everyone that helped.

    steering wheel shakes

I understand completely and totally agree. Unfortunately its something I have no control over unless I drive 200 miles to PA where I do have access to a balancer at a freinds body shop. Are there places that have high speed balancers? Does it cost more? Firestone charged $10 bucks. They...

    steering wheel shakes

Thanks for all the response on this. Mangate I did not feel any play with the front jacked off the ground & engine off. It was actually easy to move the wheel to the point were I heard air sloshing in the rack. The reservoir level increased. When I started it the power steering was noisy...

The green label on my rear axle says 52114030AA 8.25 KJ 3.73 OPEN-CASE Do I have trac lok? What if you have trac lok and didn't know it, changed the rear diff oil, did not add the LSD additive, and drove it for 500 miles? That might be me. What if you just added the additive...

Thats the problem. It could be so many things. I do everything myself to save $$$ but this is one of those areas I do not have a tire machine or alignment machine... I tried to install the wheels off my company vehicle but the center hole was too small LOL. At some point I need to trust that...

    Some Fluid Maintenance Questions...

From what I have read here from searches is to check the build date on the sticker - drivers side door. Pre 5/03 you most likely have 45RFE. Pretty sure I read here the 42RLE has 13 blots for the transmission pan vs more for the 45RFE. Please double check.

Thanks. I do appreciate you all baby sitting me. lol I have an 03. Maybe I did not mess up so bad. The manufacturer for the PS fluid treatment claims its safe if to mix w/ PS systems that requires atf. At this point I think Im better off just leaving it alone.

    rear windshield wiper motor

I just bought an 03 KJ and trying to work all the bugs out of it. The rear wiper motor makes a real funny noise. Its pretty loud. The only way to describe it is it sounds like the noise a penguin makes as heard on the discovery channel. Both directions. However it works fine. Is it...
