Anyone?
Surely there is someone out there in the big wide world that has removed & reinstalled their V6 injectors.
I just need some basic advice as per post#10.
I finally ordered the injectors that I referred to in my first post, together with a set of Lisle fuel line disconnect tools(plastic ring type).
Has anyone removed/replaced their injectors for cleaning/repair on a KJ V6?
Does anyone have any tips for removal, or is it relatively...
I have searched the forum using the term "forced reset" and the only result returned was this thread.
What is involved in doing this procedure?
What is the "correct" terminology when referring to V6 KJ's using a "42RLE" (rectangular pan gasket/filter).
According to the "blurb" from the retailer and from some different sources I have seen, such as the following Youtube, there are some benefits.

Now I have 2 conflicting opinions, the one quoted above and that given previously by JeepJeepster. Assuming that 4x4 Low cant be used at all on sealed surfaces will reverse gear eventually destroy itself unless I use the
services of a tow vehicle every time I need to reverse up a moderate...
I think I have found what I was after, it was here http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31357.
The other info was helpful.
Thanks for the quick replies.

No wonder some Chrysler dealers are taking legal action to avoid being closed down if the dealer wanted to charge someone $180 to do this job. They deserve
to go out of business.
Hi, and greetings from Australia!
This is my first post on this very informative forum.
To begin with I have very little experience with 4x4 vehicles(my personal taste in cars is closer to the Pontiac G8 which we export to your country, but with Pontiac being closed down I don't know what will...
