I don't know much about that stuff but would there be a benefit?

According to the "blurb" from the retailer and from some different sources I have seen, such as the following Youtube, there are some benefits.

Seems to make sense.

It is not like "magic" pills in the fuel tank or magnets on the fuel line etc.

Well, coming from a sports car, not knowing 100% so if I'm wrong don't shun me. I believe more fuel would only benefit if you had more air, eg: supercharger/turbo... I think you would benefit a lot more by upgrading the muffler/intake system on the liberty than dumping a whole gas tank in your motor at one time. Also the jet chip I'm sure would be a lot more beneficial than dumping fuel because if jet realized they needed more fuel they would tune it in. I have also talked to my local dyno about the jet chip and I know a lot of you aren't fans, but he said that he could give me a tune that would be a lot more beneficial than the jet chip. That's just my $0.02 and I would love to hear a Motor-head's comments on this one.

ya im big into tuning turbo cars and theres options out there. the multi holes are nicer and usually cost more. if there is an exact drop in replacement that would be nice i bet you would get a little better MPGs but i would assume you would still need some tunnig adjustments to be up to factory spec.

I finally ordered the injectors that I referred to in my first post, together with a set of Lisle fuel line disconnect tools(plastic ring type).

Has anyone removed/replaced their injectors for cleaning/repair on a KJ V6?

Does anyone have any tips for removal, or is it relatively straightforward.

I'm familiar with the procedure of injector removal on cars with older style fittings, just not with a bolt on rail, so any tips would be welcome.

Thanks from "downunder".

Anyone?

Surely there is someone out there in the big wide world that has removed & reinstalled their V6 injectors.

I just need some basic advice as per post#10.

My prediction is the same power, and a slight increase of maybe 1-2 MPG. Anybody want to take the over/under on 2 MPG?

I have no experience changing injectors on a Jeep, but we're all waiting to hear about it!
