i have been looking under trucks lately, and i notice that all the new onces save the wrangler and defender have IFS or even all round IS. some of these vehicles eg new LR discovery or landcruiser have awsome off road prowess.
so my question is why is ours so poor? we all want a SFA but why...
without my jeep, i wouldnt be able to watch my daughter go sledging or play in the snow. i have very limited mobility. but today i did wish i had farkin mattracks! thank god for tractors.

i like to use the heated seats while the engines not running so somthing with a little more than the original equipment is needed
my 02 has done 56000miles without ever having a service. its had the ball joints replaced on recall and needed a new battery in 07 but thats it. original fluids, sarkplugs everything.

what does a SFA involve?
i think its the diff catching whilst driving along the tracks and there are large rocks juting out which couild do damage.
are you saying that a locker it strong enough to resist scraping over them
in 2002 we had 9' but not in drifts, its constant all th way...

i would love some, i have them on the quad but the price for them on a jeep is to expencive when u factor in that they would need the same component upgrades ar big tyres= diffs, steering rods&pump ect
