This is proving to be interesting. First dealer couldn't give me a price to install wiring for the hitch. Called a second dealer to be told that it wasn't recommended for towing and basically not to wire it. If its not for towing why does it say not to drive around with the ball in place, why...
My first one dropped a couple of weeks ago. Its a window I don't use so I just took the door panel off and zip tied the window up.
Has anyone used these 2002 - 2007 Jeep Liberty Window Regulator Repair Kit Application Guide
Looking around the forum I see alot of people talking about...
Thanks. We've recently upgraded equipment so the gear list on the site is a bit out of date. Lots of new preamps, Pro Tools 10 and a 12 core Mac-Pro.
As to the topic, they are now saying by the end of September. I'm guessing in October they will say by the end of the year
I just bought a 2007 Limited with factory sirius. Is their any sort of adapter for using the factory antenna with an aftermarket stereo? And what about the factory Sirius module is there a cable that can be used to hook it to a Sirius Ready headunit?
I have my kenwood headunit and my Sirius...
Ended up with a 2007 Limited. Probably going to have a million questions as this thing has a ton more options than my 2004 Sport.
The only reason the insurance is doing anything this long after the fact, is because I used a bodyshop on their list of preferred shops. Using one of those shops...
We haven't talked money yet, was told today it was totaled. It was "repaired" by a body shop after an accident. Then I got a water leak on the drivers side and took it to a better body shop who found the first one didn't find alot of the hidden damage.
It would have to be real cheap for...
My 2004 has been totaled. I'm looking at a 2006. What am I going to have to repurchase? Slush mats? tow hooks? hitch and wiring harness? Will any of this fit if I pull it off before it is picked up?
Is there anything else I'm missing that I need to know before buying a 2006?
Nevermind. Turned out to be from a crappy body shop's repair work after an accident last June. Now their going to total it almost a year after the fact. Guess its time to look for another one
The Seals around the pedals and wiring harness look good. So does the door seals. The air conditioner drains out the tube as it should. I've pulled the carpet up in the area so I can dry it out and hit it with the firehose at work and found nothing
The driver's area carpet continues to get wet in my KJ. I've dried it out twice now. The first time I assumed that I had left the window down and it rained in there. However thinking back the seat was never wet. The second time I know the window was up and neither the seat nor the floormat...
For those that think its ok to pour down the drain, do you realize where it ends up? Back in the rivers, lakes and streams; which eventually ends up back in someone's faucet. Depending on what state you live in they may cut out the water source and pipe the effluent from the waste plant...
The only thing pouring it down the toliet is gonna do is dilute it before it makes it to the river. There's nothing in the wastewater treatment process thats gonna do anything to antifreeze you're pouring into the sewer.
They accept it here at our county recycling center along with used oil...
Only tip is prepare to get dirty. The location is terrible. A cup wrench helps but I've found that all filters for this thing have a slightly different diameter meaning it doesn't always fit the filter. The standard purolator fits good in the cup wrench I have, if I opt for the pure one it...
Around here autozone and advance takes used oil, ask before you bring it in. I take mine to the county trash collection centers myself because they also take the used filters. Of couse that will differ depending on what area you live in.
Just get you either a drain pan with a lid or put it...
thanks that solved everything and I didnt have to worry about using an extension and any problems that would cause. Oh yea and I didnt have to spend any money:)
