You know your tires suck when...

I had almost the exact same thing happen on stock Jeep with the RS/As. Not good as I am hauling around my 2 kids daily. My solution was to upgrade to 245/70 General Grabber AT2s. They work great in snow and rain. As for trails I have used them on the frozen bay for ice fishing, snowey trails for...

Nicolet NF - NE Wisconsin (last weekend) w/ PICTURES!

Looks like a great time. I love the trails in Nicolet, some of the most scenic northwoods that most will never see. Jaber: I second that your stocker could do most trails up there. My avatar was taken in those same woods, three days after I bought it. Most obstacles have enough room to navigate...

    Trail riding in WI

I usually just find some older logging roads up by where we camp and hunt. I found the road that my avatar pic is taken on in Nicolet near Armstrong Creek. Never been to Northwoods Overland but I know the pipeline near Crandon is a 4x4 hotspot.

    Brush Guard/Grille Guard/Bull Bar Questions

Not sure about the N-Dure guard, but I know that some of the members on here have the Westin product, I have also seen the Aries guard around, that one looks a bit better in my opinion. I should let you know that most of the bolt on brush/push bars attach to the same point on the front as the...

    Anyone have this hitch?

I wont be towing any crazy loads, just small trailers for mainly hunting/fishing gear, ice house, 4 wheeler etc. but it sounds like I would end up needing a different wiring kit anyway. That makes it not as much of a good deal but I appreciated the info as I dont want any funky light situations...

    Anyone have this hitch?

I am in the market for a hitch receiver and this seems like a good class III option as it includes free shipping and a wiring kit in the $133.00 price. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this hitch or wiring kit.

    connecting iPhone to 2006 Liberty

When I read the title of this thread all I could think about was Knight Rider and "why would you connect your phone to your Jeep:freak3:". Then I realized people have smartphones/mp3:smokin:.

    Aerodynamics

For me with full skids underneath I did not notice any increase in mpg. I believe that is attributed to the increased weight and partial underbody coverage, however, in my opinion I do not think that the aerodynamic gains would be worth what a thinner/lighter full underbody system would cost to...
