    It got dark. Kinda.

We're going back tonight with a faster lens to try and get better pictures. f/3.5 was the fastest on that one right at 18mm. Tonight it's going to be an f/1.8 50mm lens, so I should have a little bit easier time taking a better picture.

    Viper Security Systems

No snake jokes please. Has anyboy had any experience with Viper Security/keyless entry systems? The vehicle I want to equip came with power locks, but back in the 80's, keyless entry hadn't really trickled down from the High-End yet. I can't get a remote starter because it's a stick, and...

    Review: California Water Blade

An ingeniously simple product made of silicone and plastic. Have a wet car? Simply run the squeegee edge of the California Water Blade across the paint and the blade pushes the water right off the paint. Just like squeegeeing your windshield after scrubbing at the gas station. Viola, dry...

    Review: Meguiars Quik Detailer

This product has now been surpassed by Megs Ultimate Quik detailer, but this stuff is cheaper and still works like a champ. Mist it on clean paint, wipe it away with a microfiber towel and you'll have that just-washed look all over again. 5/5 stars. Awesome product.

    Review: Meguiars Quik Interior Detailer

Another great product from meguiars. Mist it on and wipe away. Safe on electronic equipment, glass, everything. I swear by this stuff. Hell, it even works around the house. Do you have a television? Yep, use this stuff on the LCD screen, around the housing, wherever. Computer? Same deal...

    Review: Meguiars G100 DA Polisher

Noisy. Very. Noisy. But, if you can get over the noise factor, get ready for the ultimate detailing machine (name already taken) for consumer or professional use. It's easy to use, gives astounding results quickly, and has a good length cord on it already. The inital cost is high, but if...

How about we put together a product guide?

I'm thinking that an in-depth product guide might be a good thing for us to throw together. I'm already writing notes on all the products I use anyway, and wouldn't mind sharing them if other folks were willing to do the same. I don't know how willing the site management would be to build an...

    Removing Orange Peel

Well, today I started the process of removing the orange peel from my JK...it's a bit nerve wracking at first for take sandpaper to a brand new vehicle's paint, but once the first cuts are made and there's no turning back, it's more of a "get your mind into it and do it right" process. I tested...

I've got a Liberty for the next 2 1/2 weeks

My JK told me that it feels like staying home this time when I head back up to school, so my father is letting me hijack his KJ until I come home again in a few weeks. The ride to and from Ottawa is going to be a hell of a lot better in the KJ than it was in my JK, so that's a plus. I'm going...

Cool Pictures from my front yard

I was bored earlier, since my JK won't be mine until Monday [-o< , so I took our KJ up the big honkin rock in our front yard. It's an 07 Latitude, bone stock. We've had her a week already, so I figured it was about time to start playing. Enjoy!
