re. Front tow hooks - I put them in my 2005 & no bumper removal is necessary, but you'll have to dremel around the hooks for access after they're in.

That's what I used when I installed my EVIC - recommended to use an existing 10amp circuit and a 3amp fuse for the new add-on. I think I used the radio circuit.
