I didn't think about the over head, thank you. I wish I did, I'd take it down to All J. It's about 8 hours away

Install Price for JBA Upper Control Arms

Hey all. I don't have access to all the tools to do this job. How much do you think a reasonable quote for the work is if I supply the part. So far I have been quoted 470 dollars which seems a little high. I live in Northern California if that helps.

    Double Din Help

Thanks for replying Bill, I figured it out. I unhooked the dimmer wire that controls the original stereo when you turn the head lights on/off and now it’s working great. Thanks for your help.

    Double Din Help

I installed a double din stereo in my Jeep, but I’m having an issue. Sound is great and all that but it has a day/night mode that you can press that keeps going off and on. This is the 2nd unit that does it. The first one did it as well. Is there some wiring I have missed? It’s not like the...

    Hello From CA

The OB reader I have hasn’t flagged any codes for it. I could take it to autozone or something and see if their reader is better, mine is just a cheaply made one from Walmart

    Hello From CA

I haven’t done any updates to it yet except trim the air dam on the front. It ran a little rough I think because of the old gas. I filled it with 91 and changed the spark plugs, oil, radiator fluid, and transmission fluid. The only issue I have right now is the airbag light comes on. I’m working...

    Tow Package Removal

I’ve ditched the idea a brush guard. I just find the two square holes ugly hanging out at the front

    Tow Package Removal

Put clevis hooks in place of the mounts or use the mounts to add clevis hooks. It’s just rusty and ugly and if I’m not using I don’t want to keep them

What did you do to your jeep today?

Thanks Tom, good things to bring up that I didn't think about. I do want tow hooks, so I guess the brush guard is out. My issue is I have a tow bar there now, which I don't want and have to remove but it looks a little wacky up close. Tons of bolts, and straps that lead to...?

    Tow Package Removal

I think I want to add a brush guard, I wont be towing it most likely ever. I can sell it for something and put the cash towards the brush guard.

    Another recall

What did you do to your jeep today?

I cut the lower part of my bumper away to make room for my new tires and now I’m trying to figure out how to get the old towing package out of the way so I can also install a brush guard.

    Tow Package Removal

https://imgur.com/gallery/rqEuYuq Not sure where to start with the removal of the tow package the previous owner used to tow my Liberty behind his RV. I thought it would be a few bolts but it looks just a little complicated. Anyone deal with one of these before that can clue me in?

    Hello From CA

Here's the only one I have right now. My lady is hanging off the back right after we got it. I bought it from a guy who towed it behind his RV, it has the two hook ups on the front I need to remove. It was sitting for about a year so I changed the oil and filter, air filter, flushed the coolant...

    Hello From CA

What's up guys? I have an 05 Renegade. It's not my daily driver and it's not going to be a super off road machine either. I have been enjoying it and fixing all the little things to get her running well. See you out there!
