Should I replace all o-rings on all injectors (minus new injector) or can I get away with just replacing top rings?

I have a 2005 liberty, 3.7ltr v6. I just replaced injector 4, but now fuel is leaking from top of injector 3. I tried reattaching fuel rail to injector but it didn't stop leak. Could it be o rings or a plugged/faulty injector? I read somewhere that injectors go out in pairs..is that a thing? Any...
