    Cooling fan doesn't come on

Ya that's what I'm thinking Now I noticed the idle was a bit weird kinda bumpy in a way. Could it be that the idle is thinking it's cold so it's giving more fuel? I was thinking about bleeding the fuel system but it has a screw on the fuel rail and the book says I have to depressurize the fuel...

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

Ok yes that makes sense. So if air conditioning is turned on when engine is cold the fan will turn on also? Or even with the ac on the coolant still has to get warm before the fan will kick in? So this sounds as though the only possibility is the sensor. Let's say I keep the fan unplugged like...

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

I feel that way too I just wasn't 100 percent about it. I can't think how the sensor would send a temp reading to my dash gauge but not tell the fan to turn on when needed. I just wasn't sure. Also not sure how the sensor for coolant temp would keep the fan from running when I put the ac on?

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

Yes fan is good I put it off battery directly and works good. If I unplug temp sensor in morning when engines cold the fan will run once engine is started just won't shut off. It's an 06 liberty. Basically the fan will stay on all time with sensor unplugged. If I plug the sensor in after...

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

Right now the ac does not turn the fan on.

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

It is charged and should work. So the sensor and the relay could affect the air conditioning not turning fan on? That's one thing I wasn't sure of is how the ac and the sensor work together. Thanks

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

I'm getting the temp from a reader. The fan does not come on when ac is turned on. If I unplug the sensor the fan comes on and a get a high coolant sensor circuit fault as well as a low one. I.dont.know if the computer is sensing the sensor is faulted when unplugged and leaving fan on all the...

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

I will double check to get better reading. When I was testing it few days ago it got to 114 Celsius which is 237 ferenheit. I'm asking if my sensor could read correct temp but not send the signal for the fan to come on? It makes no sense to me how it could but you never know I'm no mechanic.

    Cooling fan doesn't come on

My cooling fan dies not come on at or around 90 degree Celsius. I've checked the fuse and the fan motor and they're both good. I unplugged the coolant temp sensor when engine was cold and the fan would come on right when engine was started. I checked continuity on the sensor and got 2.4 kohm...
