Also had a "crank/ no start" problem. Even though the ASD fuse and relay metered OK, I replaced them and that seems to have fixed the problem. Worst thing would be you have and extra fuse and relay.

I have a '04 w/ 153K. I always changed oil and filter every 5K. Now that I'm retired, I don't put on nearly as many miles but I still change the oil and filter every 6 months. An oil change is about the cheapest thing you can do to keep your Jeep, or any other car running for a long time.

I had similar problems on my '04. I watched a guy on YouTube called Fitzees Fabrications. A lot of sheet metal repair with minimal tools. Came out great and I saved a ton of money. Check him out before you make a move.

Other than looks, I don't really see a need for them. I don't drive that fast in reverse to worry about that.

First, Verify that your temp really is high. Possible bad gauge. Secondly, that radiator, at 200K, has been around the block more than once, so changing it out wouldn't hurt and a new radiator from Rock is less than $100.
