Thanks 02redKJ - will check it out this weekend. My guess after doing some research is faulty relay. Anyone know a way to test the fan relay?

Buddy of mine said maybe a bad fan clutch but didn't think these had a fan clutch. I don' think fan comes on though except when a/c is turned on.

Chris90 did you ever figure out the issue? My wifes 2003 V-6 has the exact same issue. Fan only comes on when a/c is on. Overheats while idling after long drives (I think the wind cools it enough while driving).

no just electric fan and no didn't install new thermostat but if the thermostat was an issue wouldn't it overheat while driving too?

Like I said above I tested the fan by turning on A/C but maybe it didn't kick on when temp is high and the a/c is off? anyone think this would be the issue or because it kicked on with the a/c on it's fine?

Anyone have any idea with this? When I unlock using the remote/or from the interior the driver side lock works but makes this loud screeching/whining sound as it pops up. I removed the door panel but can't seem to figure out what's causing this.

So you think its just another crap radiator - don't remember the brand but bought at Autozone. I'll make sure fan is working. and yes huge PITA!!! third time now that I will be changing in last year! Not to mention embarrassing - was picking my kid up from school and having it spew coolant...
