I have to agree, with the windows down and no music, the wind noise is louder than the drone. With windows up and moderate volume on music, I don't hear the drone. To me, it's louder driving in the city (10MPH-30MPH).

I find it to be louder while driving at low speeds/lower rpms, around 20-30MPH. On the highway, barely noticeable with the music on low volume. If you have the windows open, I can't hear it over the wind. Around 40MPH with a light foot, pretty quiet.
