    Your KJ's Name!

Michelle. My girlfriend gets pretty annoyed when I call her (the Jeep) that. :P

    2004 transmission problems

I cleaned, and replaced the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). My Jeep has been working perfect ever since. No shifting problems, RPM jumps or slumps or a sense of discomfort at stops. I recommend this as a solution.

    Leaking Pinkish Fluid up front?

Is/was the fluid mildly thick and oily? if so, I would judge that as automatic transmission fluid, especially if the leak is in the middle front of the Jeep. Stepping on the Gas, car lurches.

Well, I reflect this exact problem... a sort of buck when stopping at red lights, but intermittently, it tends to be infrequent. Not only so, but shifting is more noticeable than an average vehicle and feels mildly rugged shifting from 1st to 2nd to 3rd. I have a '04 KJ Sport, 3.7l, automatic...

Jeep Pickup Truck Coming for 2012

What an excellent concept. I sincerely hope they pursue this, as long as, (as previously mentioned) it has the capabilities of a Jeep and design for the purpose of towing, treking, and a nice sized box; not for the soccer mom market: that's why the MK49 exists. :)

The Direction of the Jeep Brand by 2013

I first purchased a KJ for it's conservative style, while maintaining the Jeep off-road compatibility and I must agree with tommudd because it has made me fall in love with Jeep and I have not only influenced myself about it's reliability but also my peers. I will definitely purchase another...
