Did a 5 tire rotation. Set the parking brake pads. Installed a set of rock rails. They are just the factory ones but will offer enough protection for were I take her. Also removed the end links to see if that was my clunking. Hit a couple speed bumps and no clunk. New end links will be...
Part 3&4 should come part with some lube, a small gentle hammer and some strength. (Sounds like a fun Saturday night!) get some high temp antisieze lube and good to go. The backing plate is an easy fix with a couple well placed rivets or bolt and new pads and some time and should be as good as...
Had the oil changed the other day. Taking it to get oil sprayed for rustproofing. Need to roll underneath to pull the bolts for the skids and put antisieze on all the bolts. I want to do tire rotation and also want to find clunk in front end when wheel drops. I suspect the sway bar end links...
I have the JBA Tomm Mudd 3.5" lift installed. Everything is torqued to specs and was done so on the ground with tires on. It's been installed for a few months now. I was out on some trails that were a bit more advanced then I normally go on and I noticed as the suspension in the front end would...
The big problem with the Rock Lizard bumper for me is getting it. The shipping to Canada is most likely as much as the bumper itself. The big appeal with the Matrix is it completely comes apart and shipping is only $100.

Yours is the one in the JBA site. Thanks for the photos. Looks great. I figure for the extra $10 to get the hitch mount and the extra versatility, then why not.
Thanks!
Thanks for your input Tomm. Are the mounts different for 02-05 then the 06-07? I just wondering for ordering because I do want to get the hitch mount.
I can get it with the hitch mount I just need to cut a bit out of my bumper, correct?
May eventually do one of the Warn hitch mount winch...
I'm thinking of purchasing the JBA Matrix bumper. The build quality looks great.
I'm wondering if anyone has or had one and could provide some feed back on it?
Thanks in advance.

Well...... New rear pads, e-brake shoes, rotors, drivers rear calliper and both front bearings. Getting to know this machine quite intimately. Been under my Jeep more then my wife lately!
Did the rear brakes today. Replaced pads, e-brake shoes, rotors and one stuck calliper. The unit for the e-brake that opens the shoes were ciezed together. Got it taken apart and cleaned. Pita!! Tomorrow new front bearing and bleed the brakes. Oh the fun never stops.
Other then Chrysler is there anywhere to get nutzerts?
I bought a set of factory rock rails off a renegade from British Columbia. They don't use road salt there. I called my local Chrysler dealer to get the nutzerts to install the rails and they want $10 a piece for them.(X18) Ya.......NO...
Got my new Hercules Tera Trac AT2 on today in a 31". They look awesome with the new JBA lift. Jeep no longer looks like a roller skate with those stock tires! Lol.
