    Thank you for commenting. I'm surprised that I haven't had much help on this topic. I've been searching everywheres, this site, other jeep forums, the internet and google. Nothing to my main topic. Yes, there are a lot of issues with the tailgate but I couldn't find any specific to my concern.

    I've been there and checked the only possible fuses per the owners manual. There is NO fuse that is dedicated to the Tailgate/window switch. I've checked my wires back there with a test light and there is NO power. I don't want to bring it into the dealer, what should I do?

    Fuse use # 17 & 22 are good, I didn't look at #6, thinking that my pwr doors still operate, so the fuse must be good.

    I've tried to manipulate the switch by hand, still same problem. I'm afraid if I buy a new switch that I'll have the same problem. I think I'm not getting power to it. I still haven't found what fuse works it.
