didn't see this posted anywhere... so ...
In case you haven't noticed, the parking brake on most KJ's doesn't do much until you get to the last click... I recommend you park on slight hill and put your KJ in neutral and just use the parking brake to see how far you have to pull it to hold...
I'd be a little nervous about the Diesel
Excellent torque aside...
I would be a little nervous about the CRD... I've heard that the dealers are not very skilled/knowledgeable on supporting that engine and it is of course being "phased out" with the 2006 model due in part to the new diesel...
How deep is the shine?
This stuff sounds great... but would you say the "shine" looks "over the top" shiny... like there's a dude around the corner with a spray bottle and a microfiber cloth waiting to get his lowrider to be judged? .. or just a nice clean wax-like shine?

Noob owner of an 06 Sport 4x4 with the tow package. The fan noise from the Boeing 737 cooling fan makes me wonder how much power this fan might be sucking unnecessarily.
Does anyone know if the fan clutch on these is thermal activated, or just rpm based. What is the temp or RPM rating for it...
