Welcome!
First, I hope you have thick skin...
There is no body lift for the liberty's, as far as leveling kit, what size tires are you running?
You might have to trim the plastic inner fender some, even the fender flare a bit.
I thought mine was on its way out because on occasion here in Fla when it was cold ( sorry ) it would make the typical whine till warmed up. Its the beginning signs the pump is on its way out. I read this : the fluid is thicker when cold, and when it warms up it gets thinner and noise goes...
True about the other parts, but I just wasn't sure about the flare, if it had the same curve or not. I know its shorter on the front side in coming down, but that wasn't a worry.
Oh you guys are talking swapping it all out, not just the gears.
I was thinking about buying new gears, but now I suppose I will just keep tabs on the inventory at the boneyard.
Yea, was curious if JBA made them to compensate for the lift. UCA's and LCA's should be at same angle for proper geometry of suspension and tire travel. Flat though, ok thanks!
I run Cooper Discoverer Stt Pro - Lt265x75r16 and she does what I want it to do just fine stock 3.73 gears. But my driving and your driving may be different.
Hey thanks dude! I was getting ready to give up on this. There is ZERO info on the net about sizes and even when I call the different manufacturers ( Crown and Moog ) they are like "we dont know we just do what is OEM.." Really???
Well that sucks on the 7" because largest I can find in poly...
Thanks Tom. Energy Suspension has a some "universal" sizing and I want to be sure it measures up the same. I figured since the Jeep has 144k on it, its probably best to change all the iso's out for good measure.
Any of you wonderful people have any front / rear upper / lower isolators sitting around that you would be so kind to measure the diameters of the outside and inside? It would be much appreciated.
Just order the shocks which made me think of another question.
What length bolt are you guys using for when you installed the 2 hockey pucks? I don't know the thickness of the spring pad. Thank you.
