Oil filler cap difficult to unscrew
What is with the oil filler cap? This is my second KJ, why are they so hard to unscrew? On my 02' I put some white grease on the threads of the cap, and this helped. Now with my 04' I need to carry around a strap wrench, to get the dam thing off! I even tried swapping my 02' cap onto the 04'...- metalmoto

Rear window wiper wiring diagram
I am looking for the wiring diagram for the rear windshield wiper motor. I just need to know what wiper motor connector does what. I plan to use the wiper motor for another purpose. Don't have the FSM I was getting about 48-50 degrees from the center vent in 87 degree weather. Hooked up a manifold gauge, and the pressures looked fine. Does the compressor cycle on and off on your Jeep?- metalmoto

Yes, I was thinking that too. I was able to swap the low pressure sensor from my 02' liberty. But for the high pressure sensor my 04' uses a 3 wire sensor, and my 02' has a 2 wire sensor. I think I might have the same problem. Compressor never cycles, runs constantly when A/C is on. Temperature never gets below 50 from the vents.
