Brake Squeel
Disc could be dirty. Mine squeek from time to time since I only drive my jeep on the weekends. What about the quality of the pads and discs? Cheap brakes squeek more due to cheaper materials used.- ChiefRudy

how do i get rid of the amp on my "premium" sound front speakers

Window Regulator (?) noise
Could be the window Motor it Self. I had my back driver door making a popping sound 2 summers ago and it turned out the Gears where stripping. I replaced the entire Assembly. New to Jeep!
Thanks. I got them for 550 on tire rack. 125 for each tire and 50 to ship them. There classified as a all season on tire rack but i believe them to be a all terrain since they are more aggressive than the stock Good year SR-A's i had which are classified as all terrains. There are covers for the lights on the light bar. To be honest though no one enforces the rules on that light cover thing that I'm aware of. I've already driven past police in Heavy rain with my Low beams, fog lights and hellas all on at the same time. Nice Jeep BTW. I love those painted rims...- ChiefRudy

I know that area. I travel there/through it every now and then. The one rule I do know of is in pa vehicles are only allowed to have 4 forward facing lights on it. I agree as well. and Daveos. Where do you go with 30 day money back at Guarantee's at salvage yards? I never heard of such a thing to be honest. Hell around here, if i walking into a salvage yard with fuses in my tool box and they see them in there on the way out. i either have to leave them...- ChiefRudy

How to engage 4x4
When shifting into Neutral and 4Lo on the T-case your Transmission needs to be in Neutral. to make the shifting in to 4Lo easier you need to be rolling at 2-3MPH as well. It's in your user manual as well and better worded. Shifting from 2HI - 4HI can be done on the fly with transmission in drive.- ChiefRudy

AT Tires for Stock Liberty
I just replaced my Wrangler SR-A's. I had them for 5 & 1/2 years with 38,500 on them. I probably could have gotten another 1000 miles out of them but it was time to ditch them. Question about bolts needed for hitch.
We got the hitch on with the bolts supplied. We ran a tap up the wholes and cleaned the threads. Nice to prove him wrong hehe :-D- ChiefRudy

Thanks for the info guys. My father cleaned out one the wholes in the frame but still swears the m12 bolt isn't going to fit. I have an 06kj I remember using m12 on mine.- ChiefRudy

My father has a 2005 kj limited. Where putting a hitch on this weekend and the bolts that's came with it are M12 x 1.75 x 40. My father went to test the bolts and he said they don't fit.
